Presentation about the egov_INNO proejct and its under development tools under the framework of the workshop which took place as part of an European meeting of an Erasmus+’ project, in collaboration with con N.U.C.I.F..(Network de universidades para el conocimiento y la integracioìn de frontera), from South America.
Members of the Apuglia Region project team presented a brief description of Egov_INNO and its aim and results.

Στο πλαίσιο του έργου “egov_INNO – Υπηρεσίες ηλεκτρονικής διακυβέρνησης και εργαλεία από περιφερειακές κυβερνήσεις και φορείς περιφερειακής ανάπτυξης, για την υποστήριξη και τον συντονισμό του περιφερειακού κεφαλαίου έρευνας και καινοτομίας”, θα πραγματοποιηθούν 3 Ενημερωτικές Εκδηλώσεις στην Πάτρα, τον Πύργο και το Αγρίνιο, στις 13, 14 και 15 Μαρτίου 2019 αντίστοιχα.
Στην διάρκεια των ενημερωτικών εκδηλώσεων θα γίνει παρουσίαση της μεθοδολογίας ανάπτυξης των σχεδίων δράσης του έργου ”EGOV_INNO”, των διεθνών πρακτικών σε επιλεγμένους τομείς εφαρμογής, καθώς και ανάλυση της διαθεσιμότητας στατιστικών στοιχείων για την επιχειρηματικότητα και την καινοτομία, τον τρόπο συλλογής & επεξεργασίας.
Επίσης θα γίνει παρουσίαση του σχεδίου δράσης «Πάτρα – Έξυπνη Πόλη», από τον Δήμο Πατρέων, παρουσίαση μεθόδων μέτρησης της επιχειρηματικότητας και της καινοτομίας στη Δυτική Ελλάδα, από το ΚΕΠΕ (Κέντρο Προγραμματισμού και Οικονομικών Ερευνών), παρουσίαση ΤΠΕ για την υποστήριξη δράσεων Ανοικτής Καινοτομίας στο Δημόσιο Τομέα.
Οι Ενημερωτικές Εκδηλώσεις θα ολοκληρωθούν με συζήτηση και συμπεράσματα.

Under the project “egov_INNO – E-government services and tools from regional governments and regional development bodies to support and coordinate the regional research and innovation capital “, 3 Information Days will take place in Patras, Pyrgos and Agrinio on 13, 14 and 15 March 2019 respectively.
The presentation of the method of development of the “EGOV_INNO” action plans, of the international practices in selected application areas as well as the analysis of the availability of statistics on entrepreneurship and innovation, the way of collection and processing will be presented in the framework of the information days.
The “Patras – Smart City” action plan will be presented by the Municipality of Patras, a presentation of methods for measuring entrepreneurship and innovation in Western Greece, by the Center for Planning and Economic Research, a presentation of ICT for supporting Open Innovation Public sector.
The information events will be concluded with discussion and conclusions.

egov_INNO kick off meeting

The kick-off meeting of the project “egov_INNO – E-government services and tools from regional governments and regional development bodies to support and coordinate the regional research and innovation capital”, funded by INTERREG V-A Greece-Italy Programme 2014 – 2020, was held in Patras on 10-11 July 2018, at the Regional Council Hall.

All partners, Regional Development Fund of Region of Western Greece (Lead beneficiary), Computer Technology Institute and Press “Diophantus”, Innova Puglia S.P.A. and Apulia Region initiated the project tasks.

The project aims to deliver effective and feasible G2B e-government applications tailored to the needs of the participating regions leading to better governance and faster delivery of services to the local private sector and is expected to enhance significantly the market intelligence on both territories by promoting tools and platforms for joint cross-border initiatives & increase the capacity of businesses and innovation stakeholders to utilize the available innovation support services and clusters/networks.
